Lets see what happens once there is a bad session/innings and Kohli does the "conventional textbook captaincy" in Test cricket. The thing I liked about Kohli is how he was ready to talk with the batsman when was at the other end. Despite his age, Kohli has been in the team for 5 years now and is pretty experienced. You should have seen the way he was speaking to Rayudu during his maiden ODI hundred. Reminds me (I don't want to start all the comparisons now!) of certain Sachin Tendulkar post 2007.
