^^^ Will wait for a few more answers ..why do you think it is Dhoni-Yuvi and not say Clarke-Symonds? Also, it will be interesting if you can guess the number of such instances for each combo..just to see how they stack when actual results are revealed
I just remember them standing at the end in most chases. Two times in Pak when we chased big totals, one in WC final. cant remember any other pair even 3 times

OK...It is NOT Dhoni-Yuvi...Think more  Many factors can influence...which team plays minnows more where we may not have to chase much...lot of factors to confuse you

I have named my question as Q1 a) so that posters can qoute it when multiple questions are asked. I also put in an a) as I now have second part to the question Q1 b) In same scenario as Q1 a i.e among batsmen who were at crease when winning runs were scored while chasing, which pair has the highest unbeaten runs FOR THAT INNINGS . I am not asking for the overall aggregate runs for the pair across all such innings but which pair has scored the most runs in an innings together and won the match while remaining unbeaten?

I think this should be tricky: Which Batsman or rather opener has the record of getting out on the very first ball of the innings for most number of times in both tests and ODI? Which bowler has the record of taking wicket most number of time on the very first ball of the innings?
