We never won a series in RSA/Aus before the IPL either. So how did the IPL suddenly become the cause of all defeats? Sure, it may have its share in our defeats, but we have some bigger problems. We are yet to find a good fast bowler who can average <30 consistently, and till we find this bowler we can never win a series in these places. Our inability to find such a bowler has nothing to do with the IPL as we never had such a bowler before the IPL. We need a bowler who is at least as good as Zak at his peak, but one who can perform over a longer period.
