Ultimate_Game Posted January 10, 2015 Posted January 10, 2015 Can we make any changes to the squad now? Is it permitted? I don't think we can afford to waste a spot on Umesh Yadav. Can we somehow declare Umesh injured and get a replacement? Aaron would be a better replacement in odis and ideally Stuart Binny can be assigned "injured" status as well.

He was never that good in shorter formats and he has clearly regressed from earlier.

Aaron is going to be as bad or worse in ODIs If anything, I wouldn't even mind Mohit Sharma.. He bowls 125k, but reasonably accurate and bowls stump to stump

But bowled shyte in the Test series, particularly this match... Would play both of them in the Tri series and then decide

Mohit can also be a good bowler in the death overs with his slow balls... Aus grounds are large; tough to clear the ground off slow balls.. likely to result in a catch at the deep
