ODIs and T20s are quite different from each other, despite being limited overs contests. Hogg might prove a handful against the weaker teams but I'm sure that it would backfire in the QFs onwards.

Makes me wonder if picking Clarke could backfire if he isn't available for a couple of warmup games, I wouldn't want him coming in cold in the semis for instance.

Somewhat weak on the bowling. Watto + (Smith & Clarke) are not all that convincing. I agree regd Bailey though - hard to drop him. Yet, some of his best performances were in India, on some super-flat pattas which made Nohit look like God incarnate.

He's a limited batsmen IMO, very one sided.

As Vijy said, very weak bowling side, you'd almost need Watson and Faulkner to bowl 10 each.

But, wouldn't it be prudent to have atleast one experienced pacer; ability-wise all three are excellent but ZK played a crucial role in WC '11 and I think it would help to have one of either Harris/Johnson play all matches.

Young pace trio (Starc, Hazel and Cummins), aggressive batting all-rounder trio (Maxwell, Watto, Mitch Marsh), quick-scoring batsmen (Warner, Finch, Bailey), versatile middle-order bats (Clarke, Stewie) and the dangerous Faulkner who doesn't fit into one category. Apart from a top-class spinner (not absolutely essential here) they are all set to do well.

Starc has been very good in ODIs better than Johnson. His bounce troubles batsmen.

On paper we should have won the T20 WC too. Going to be interesting to see what the pitches do, the final is in late March im pretty sure, the cricket season is normally well and truely over by then, all the big grounds have drop in pitches now days though which might not be a bad thing, but I'm predicting batting won't be easy, might be something in it for the seamers.
