I take it from where gaurav left and welcome you all to the Real-Game-Begins Thread. Summary of the game: Applications for ownership is @150 billz (this game requires just a registration charge and no money afterwards). However, the registration charges are non-refundable and wont be refunded if you miss out on a team. The prize money will be around 5 trillz and the winner takes it all. Each team can be sold to a single ICFer or a tag team of 2 ICFers. This game is about forming teams of 12 players (with some rules). You need to select 8 players from Top 8 teams and have to compulsorily select 4 players from the associate teams as well. These 8 players will again have to be selected according to a rule set. However, the 4 players from associate nations can be selected haphazardly. Player auction coming in 3 phases to reduce efforts Phase 1: Auctioneer 1 Pool: Eurasia (EA) Teams: Ind,Pak,SL,Eng Players under hammer: 60 Limitation: Each team to buy at least 3 players from this pool. Since there are 210 players available, why not make it teams of 15 players - 10 from top teams and 5 from associates. Total of 8 teams of 15 players would still be only 120 players. Just a suggestion...
Dude,120 players impossible to manage!!! Plus 10 from top teams mean u all going for 80 out of 88 players...flexibility nhi h!!

how 88?each team has 15 players so top 8 has 120 players' date='80 out of 120 is good.[/quote'] But of the 120 only the 88 in the first XI will be sure of getting max games, for eg. binny will hardly get a game. If we have reduced no. only then competition for the players will be high and also auction can be completed in reasonable time IMO. What say?
