Why would you bump this thread now Infact Shami and co have credited Ishant as he helped him a lot during tthe long tour to get their lengths right in these conditions. If you followed the test series or the England test series before this or the Newzealand test series before that or the 2 games he played in S.A the ODI and Test before that,he is clearly a improved bowler

True. He got those wickets at Lord's mainly because of England's poor batting. He is not good enough to consistently perform for India. It's time we moved on.

No he didn't. He had one good ODI performance against Lanka in Cuttack but was ordinary otherwise. His economy rate in 2014, when he supposedly turned a corner, was over 6.
