MK55 Posted February 14, 2015 Posted February 14, 2015 Its the start and Middle overs. Some more discipline at the start and a bit more penetration in the middle overs and we'll vastly improve.

Agree India missing a quality spinner to bowl and take wickets in the middle overs.. doesn't help if Dhoni plans to just restrict the runs in middle overs and not take wickets.

adi B Posted February 14, 2015 Posted February 14, 2015 saw that i think india had economy of 7.29,england,zim were worst .saf were best. not surprising tbh because with shami in the side we do pick wkts at the death which checks the run flow a bit.we do have a problem between 20-40 overs,we might be worst in that phase

Still think Dhoni is not a problem and it is just our bowling which sucks? We bowl good upfront and at the death. Middle order is where a captain's strategy can make or break a match

There was a stat shown last year where he had the best economy of all our bowlers in the death. And in IPL too. BTW, looks like cricket-hacker's girl friend is still not back after ditching him to watch Bhuvi. Poor guy is completely unbalanced now
