Yes it is QF1 Vs QF4 and QF3 Vs QF2 The rankings of the teams are fixed for a particular QF for ex. QF1 will always be A1 Vs B4. In other words, the venues of a particular QF(n) is dynamic, depending upon which QF the Group A teams end up in. AUS and NZ can meet each other in the Semis. There are two principles that will be used to allocate QF winners to SF venues; Hosts o AUSTRALIA and NEW ZEALAND will play their SF matches in their home country, unless they are drawn to meet each other in a SF, in which case the match will be played in the country of the team that finished higher on the Table at the end of the Pool Stage. http://www.icc-cricket.com/cricket-world-cup/fixtures/finals

Ya thats right... but then that first match to be held at Sydney will be QF2 or QF3 depending upon whether Sri Lanka finishes 2nd/3rd. The notations QF1/2/3/4 are not necessarily the order in time. The notations are simply used to decide how the teams progress to the semis So theoretically AUS and NZ can meet each other again. Also, ICC has considered that case and will be scheduling the semi final in either AUS or NZ depending upon their positions in the group stage if they were to clash each other in the Semi
