Don't we already know tracks/decks? It'll be one of these three grounds: Adelaide, SCG or MCG. Which one is going to cause us trouble? None of those grounds are known for Seamers paradise. Granted your pacers are damn good but our batters have been facing them for some time now.

Pitches or conditions that help swing/seam are advantageous to India as they enhance our bowling unit. Our batsmen are good enough to handle the tougher conditions. It is the flat pitches where our bowlers get demoralized. I'd happily take a green top. I like that many people think that green tops will be detrimental to India.

Icc would look in to it,you will get good tracks.Its will not be easy for aussie to chase anything against us on a green pitch they are exposed badly when the ball swings.Forget tri-series india was experimenting.in icc events and in knockouts we play at out best. Indias best chance is on tracks which aid our bowlers.

If the ball swings ,Mitchell Starc himdself will finish our batting lineup,which itself is so much top heavy and dependent on top 4.Optimism is good but you are grossly undersestimating Aussies or overestimating us.The thing that is scary about Aus batting lineup is the depth ,I mean Faulkner at 8.

MCG and the SCG are good for seamers nowadays. There is less soli in the SCG thus reducing the turn (that is a good thing as I hate bunsen burner turning tracks)

Pre tournament fav are still fav. I still see one of aus nz win the cup. SA are decent but lose to India showed they can be brought under pressure. Given the ease with which we have won this far one could give us an outside chance. Besides these 4 none of the other team can win the cup. Pak, WI don't have enough quality lineups eng performance is disappointing. SL is to depended on 3-4 players.

Dhoni wanted Raina and Jaddu to go about their strokes to have that real game scenario.. then he wanted Ashwin to arrest the collapse and stretch out the game. Dhoni desperately wanted Jaddu to perform but he hasnt so far.. I think we'll see Binny playing a game against England in QF.. He'll give one more chance to Jaddu against Zim.. then Binny against IRL. Dhoni showed his displeasure for Jaddu in post match press conference. I think we are not utilizing Binny in bouncy pitches. MSD is worried about over rate and all as per that PC... Lets see how it turns out.
