It is extremely irrational to call a bowler "bad" just because he conceded some extra runs. Johnson definitely isn't doing as good as he would like to, but he didn't bowl that bad today. He recovered well after that over. Also, you have to take into consideration these extremely batting favorable conditions. All bowlers will get hit in these conditions. And Sri Lanka is a very good batting side. This world cup is not a good one to judge bowlers. The only judgement you can make about a bowler is if they bowl exceptionally well (e.g. Southee, Vettori or Starc).

No one can deny that he has bad statistics in such batting favorable conditions. But practically every bowler (except some that are bowling exceptionally this world cup) including Steyn, Morkel etc face the same issues.
