CoverDrive Posted March 8, 2015 Posted March 8, 2015 Starc is clearly the best right now. Others who are good at it are Malinga (he still has it) Boult Southee Hamid Hassan Wahab Don't know if any others who even bowl it consistently and at pace Yadav and shami can bowl it but are hesitant somehow
