and is India ranked 9th or 10th? Looking at the rankings there is a big gulf in points between 7 and 8 let alone 7 and 9. These is a 9 point difference between number 3 and number 7. There is a 19 point difference between number 7 and number 8. A 63 point difference between 7 and 9.
