Sachin=GOD Posted April 19, 2015 Posted April 19, 2015 @Harsh Goenka Saurav Dada told me today that he is coming as Director of the Indian cricketing team. Shrewd and intelligent cricketing mind. Great news! Goenka is the head of RPG Enterprises. Seeing that Ganguly's name has been coming up for coach so I think he is accurate on this one.... Would be a good choice. I'm not convinced with his name for Coach but I think he can do a good job as Team Director.

kosingh Posted April 19, 2015 Posted April 19, 2015 Not buying it. Who's going to want to be coach if a team director is in place? This is not like the Fletcher-Shastri thing. There, Fletcher was failing,had a contract until the WC, and Shastri was brought in to correct things.

He was a fantastic skipper in his playing days. Why not give him a chance and see how he does as a coach rather than passing judgement?

But his ego couldn't take it went to media and washed it in public . And if u think Kohli ego is overrated then u are really naive .
