Kalia_Test Posted May 7, 2015 Posted May 7, 2015 I think Iran-India deal is a natural fit. Unfortunately it is religion/sect based but that is how geo-politics work :(( Iran is a Shia nation and the only nation ( other than Iran and maybe some small ME nations ) where Shias have freedom ( and this includes all Islamic nations ) is India. Everywhere else, there is Sunni extremism and mass killings of Shias. India needs to help Iran and also benefit from it. As a Regional superpower, India can assure Iran protection against Wahabi militants :two_thumbs_up:

I think you are mistaking Wahabii extremism with Sunni. Wahabi and sunni are different. Get your facts straight, kiddo. Regional super power? :hysterical::hysterical::hysterical:

I still stand by what I said - India is best for Shias ( and every sect of muslims including Ahmedias...some nations even refuse to call them muslims )
Invasion 550 Posted May 7, 2015 Posted May 7, 2015 Yeah lol http://www.dawn.com/news/786738/time-for-shias-to-leave-pakistan Care to elaborate what you want to prove with this link related to Quetta? Its like me posting a link to babri mosque incident trying to prove that Muslims should leave India. :band:

Pakistan was mentioned by your own fellow compatriots. You can even check my post above where i asked what has Pakistan to do this with discussion. And its hilarious you are asking me this considering you replied with something related to Pakistan. It sure is rampant on the regional super power side. :sherlock:

Also their is freight time which is important as well.

Kalia_Test Posted May 7, 2015 Posted May 7, 2015 There are only 2 regional superpowers in Asia - China and India... Gwadar, Chabahar and God knows what else will keep happening ( Gwadar was obviously a reaction to India's aggressive stance on South China Sea and Chabahar is next step by India...waiting for China's next action ) ... All is OK as long as balance is there and competition is only on which nation best serves its people through economic growth :two_thumbs_up:

The new battleground is maldives.

However, long term the investment ought to come off as good provided Iran is more stable than Pakistan's west.
