IPL 2015 Knockouts Venue Allocation

How did they randomly assign the venues for the knockouts? Kolkata is hosting finals because they won the IPL. Now the runners up, KXIP did not even get a single knockout game. Strange And Ranchi and Pune getting games is a joke for neither of these venues have IPL teams and Ranchi is hosting the 2nd eliminator when they haven't even hosted a SINGLE game in 2015 IPL :protest:

Ranchi is CSK quota for finishing in playoffs every year, cant be chennai because of SL players trouble. Pune got the game as it was home ground of KXIP for few games this season. So they did give KXIP home ground a game. :giggle:

Can't have it in mohali... Stadiums never used to fill up.that's the Reason why KXIP had many home games in pune.Same with Jaipur. Need to appease Some state associations too

Most things about IPL is random from auctions to player salaries to dual home venues to playoff venues, ... No wonder some refer to it as the Tamasha league.

Jaipur is not getting RR games not because it don't get full...its BCCI internal politics at play for RR home games not in Jaipur. But yes...its a BIG joke by IPL when they decide to put Punjab home games in Pune or any other place. IMO its always a joke when a home game is reallocated to some other place where the fans don't even support the so called home teams.

Rajasthan did not games due to BCCI politics, they would have loved to play at their fortress. Ranchi is a CSK quota stadium, suits their spinners led attack and captain too but things will change within a year or two now that Srini is out eventhough he still has Sundar Raman to get certain things done.
