Could cricket go back to 8 ball overs?

Because outside Asia very rarely are 90 overs completed even when extended by 30 min,Warnie made an interesting suggestion today.He sad if you bowled 70 8 ball overs a day ,you could reduce the gap in b/w overs by 30-40 min and end up with 20 more balls.What do you think?

This wouldn't be beneficial for the fast bowlers and would mess up bowlers' economy rates. Making such a big change just for a few extra balls played every isn't worth it. They need to start enforcing over rates more strictly instead.

or even better. make more result oriented pitches which max last 4 days

Please lets not ruin test cricket. As it is, ODI rules are changed for fun every 6-8 months, don't want the same happening to tests. Apart from UAE/SL/BD, test cricket is doing fine everywhere else with result oriented pitches.
