bones
So after being given an extra week and pumpimp the 250 events to 500, the grass season is coming to a climax at Wimbledon. Current odds: Novak Djokovic 5/4 Andy Murray 5/2 Roger Federer 6 Stan Wawrinka 14 Rafael Nadal 12 Tomas Berdych 25 Milos Raonic 25 Kei Nishikori 25 Jo-Wilfried Tsonga 33 Grigor Dimitrov 25 Marin Cilic 33 I think Murray won't want to face Novak before the final, in the final he'll have a great chance. Novak doesn't histortically get upset early rounds so that's probably why he'll stay favourite. Rafa has low odds, but still above Wawrinka. I guess the bookies and many expect Stan not to do so well because of the lack of time he'll have. Fed won't win this but I think he'll get to the SF. It's tough to look pat Murray or Djokovic. How will Djokovic play given the huge blow he suffered at RG?

zep1706
How the seeds work. 1) All the 32 seeded player would play unseeded players in R1 and R2. 2) In R3. The top 8 seeds would play anyone from 25 to 32 and seeds 9-16 would play anyone from 17-24. It goes without saying that if any seeded player gets beaten then his replacement (the player who beat him) would take his place in the draw. 3) In R4 seeds 1-4 would play seeds 13-16 and seeds 5-8 would play seeds 9-12. (or replacements!) 4) In QF seeds 1-4 would play seeds 5-8 or replacements 5) In semi seeds 1-2 would play 3-4 or replacements 6) In the final seed 1 would take on seed 2 or their replacements. bones
Some tasy R1 matches. Belucci vs Nadal will go 4 sets I think. Djokovic vs Kohlscreiber is another tasty match. Jack Sock vs Fed in R2 I think. On paper a fairly balanced draw with some good matches potentially allt he way through to the final. The odds on a Djokovic - Murray final must have climbed. zep1706
Fairly balanced draw I would say. Perhaps of the "big four" Federer has the easiest draw till R4.

Sooda
What are the chances for Cilic to go all the way? Dont know what his game has been like of late but can he beat Novak , potential QF opponent? Gave Novak a tough 5 setter last year. Would be ncie to see him add to his one slam

Actually Troicki is playing really well and he will have a decent shot against Nadal if they meet in R3.
Gollum
Bad draw for Fedex. :(( He may lose before semis this time.
zep1706
Bad draw for Fedex. :(( He may lose before semis this time. He could not have asked for a better draw. Easy sailing to the QF, after that everyone has to lift their game.
zep1706
Meanwhile David Ferrer has withdrawn due to an elbow injury, a lucky loser takes his place in the draw.
adi B
Looks a fairly easy draw for Federer but these days you never know ,he might lose to a tomic or janowicz.murray has a pretty difficult draw ,I think Murray is the favorite for this one and someone like a stan, nishokori or janowicz might go to the finals

zep1706
Djokovic played really well against Kohlscreiber. Now he has an easy draw till QF. It is hard to see him losing to someone other that Stan who also played impressive tennis yesterday. Stan is a perfect example of how important self confidence is to achieve success. The guy has lost 5 round 1 matches at Wimbledon and he has just one QF there. If you see him play now he seems like a completely different player, amazing turnaround really. Now Wawrinka has any many past-30 Grand Slams as Federer does.

Now Wawrinka has any many past-30 Grand Slams as Federer does. Wawrinka is an enigma. I mean look at his performances throughout his career and you think what the hell is wrong with this guy. Make it 2-2 vs Novak at the Aus open, then get's bagelled in set 5. Gets destroyed by Dimitrov and a couple of weeks later hammers Nadal (albeit a weak Nadal). Yesterday Wawrinka was under no pressure at all. Djokovic not really either so will have to see until later on for true indications.
