Is England best country for fast bowlers?

Considering the trend of flattest possible pitches all around the world, is England the only relief for fast bowlers? Any other fast bowler friendly pitches left in the world?

South Africa and Australia (despite producing many flat pitches recently they still provide some bounce) are still good for fast bowlers.

England and SA. SA and Aus producing too many flat pitches in recent times. They don't have the bounce and pace of the 90's . No modern batting lineup would have survived on a Durban track in 1996. Any country can provide good pitches for fast bowlers . They just choose not to , for fear of being thrashed both home and away .

Durban was slowed down by state team to help their spinners but instead Wanderes has become faster and bouncier track in recent years which used to be considered as a bating pitch in 1996.

Certainly not for Indian fast bowlers

Depends how quickly you adapt for teams travelling its not always been easy , especially bowling to batsmen who probably know the conditions best . I would say SA over England .
