you come with an open mind you will love the city .

Pretty much every recent migrant to the city badmouths it , then why stay here ?

Because it offers better job opportunity than most other cities .

That is not an excuse for the incompetence of the government machinery to improve basic road infrastructure.

city expanded leaps n bounds but politicians got napping..

I think blore problem is there is no space to build or expand roads in most of the places

I worked in jayanagar and its well planned and there is no traffic issues

I am not going to defend the Govt here , thats a problem anywhere you go in India .

As for the Whitefield area you mentioned , the roads where fixed 2 months back and is better than rest of Bangalore now ..but will it last ? I dont think so . No city in India has the infra to handle the kind of growth Bangalore has seen . The whitefiled region was actually a village , just 10 years back if you go further a little it still is .

It has no traffic issues , cos there are not much IT companies there ..less cabs , less vehicles and I bet its easier to maintain those roads as well . I really doubt anyone could have planned for this kind of growth , especially the way our system works .
