Vijy
I don't understand what's all the hoo-hah about Pujara. Yes it was good that he scored double century and that was something like 2-3 years ago. It's not like he had been dropped from the team after just 1 or 2 failures. He was the regular member of the team from the past year and yet let down the team on many occasions. And his scoring rate is incredibly slow' date= putting unnecessary pressure on other batsmen. It's unfair on part of other players who's been regularly scoring runs in the domestic and still not be able to represent India. Eh? His SR is virtually on par with Nohit, Kohli and Rahane. Wanna drop all of them, don't ya? Btw, as an opener he has a Test avg of 100+ and SR of 74 (in a small sample size). Link to comment
Vijy
I'd actual drop Nohit. He is of no use and I bet Nair can do better Chepu Rahul Jinx Kohli Nair Ojha Binny Ashwin Mishra Ishant Yadav Nohit won't be dropped... only way is to make Rahul the keeper and play both Nohit and Nair. Link to comment

Scoring big? Pujara is the only big scorer around... Kohli always makes mini-100s and Jinx is not that much better. Some of Chepu's 7 100s have been daddy 100s. Link to comment

The only player in the Indian line up who actually converts starts into big 100s is Pujara lol Pujara has more 200s than our entire line up combined Link to comment

jf1gp_1
Team for next test ? Looks like Pujara will get one game' date=' and irrespective of how he performs, will then return to the bench [/quote'] Not really gets a big 100 and outscore rohit Link to comment
jf1gp_1
Team for next test ? +1. Will be very surprised if this isn't our XI in SSC. 5 bowlers is a must there. Binny is unlikely to do much there' date=' I prefer Bhuvi over him.[/quote'] Can't go into a decider with 5 bowlers a keeper on debut a makeshift opener second opener in his 5th game and already under pressure Rohit. Too much left to be done by Kohli and rahane with bat and Ashwin Mishra will ball Link to comment
