express bowling
Nathu bowling quick today, hit the batsman's glove with a short ball before he could react.Nathu gets steep bounce whenever he hits the deck hard. That quality is a very big plus in international cricket. He hit the batsman once with a short of good length, hit the hand another time and bowled 2 other good bouncers. They showed only 2 speeds randomlyFirst was 141.0 k and second was 141.4 k. Mosher
He bowled at that pace in IPL only.. He was always a 130KPH bowler.I guess you have not seen his bowling in challenger trophy some 3-4 years back. He was bowling 135-140K. He ran through some side, picked up some 5-6 wickets. Bowled some quick outswingers. Link to comment

AnkurUpadhyay
No, even in Ranji trophy, I watched him bowl 135-140KPH.Ok. Apart from IPL, I have never seen him bowling at that pace. Link to comment
express bowling
Dhawal Kulkarni is bowling a great line and length. Why can't any Indian bowler do that in International Cricket? Panchal looking good too.In international cricket, a bowler bowling 125 k to 135 k, and not having loads of skill and experience, gets hit because international batsmen are very good and have time to adjust....and then loses his control as a result. They end up having neither control nor pace. Link to comment
express bowling
Quite impressed with Jayant Yadav's bowling. He got sharp turn with a few deliveries with some bounce too...on a neutral deck for spinners.he has a good action, flights the ball and is a classical off-spinner.One to keep an eye on, especially because he can bat too.But has hurt his thumb while fielding. rkt.india
Nathu Singh came back well after first 2 overs, 11 in next 5. Link to comment
express bowling
Nathu Singh bowls a really quick 2nd spell.Just 2 runs off 2 overs and lots of bounce....beating batsmen for pace too.He is bowling a couple of yards quicker today...perhaps bowled slower yesterday as there was a lot of movement available.Commentators saying that he bowls very good yorkers in tennis ball cricket. express bowling
Nathu has given just 11 runs in his last 5 overs.Understood quickly that one needs to bowl shorter on this wicket and get bounce. Link to comment

Sometimes, body dont respond and sometimes, mentally tired. These young guys are not just playing main senior FC games and list A games, but they are sent to play U23 games too whenever they arent playing in XI or are getting breaks. They play a lot of matches in a very short span. Edited January 26, 2016 by rkt.india Link to comment

Sometimes, body dont respond and sometimes, mentally tired.True...plus, the cold weather factor perhaps also played a part.It seems now that Nathu can acually bowl around 140 k consistently ....as his coaches said. He has much more bounce than an Umesh or a Shami.I am really looking forward to Nathu Singh and Ankit Rajpoot develop....both have bounce and height along with pace. Link to comment
