So called cricket experts / captain someimes seem really dumb

Well, quite a few instances to back my statement

1) As a neutral person, I thought Pakistan had a chance if they were little flexible with the batting order. What were they thinking when they send the new guy (khalid) in first down esp when they have to score 190+ runs. Shoiab malik should have come in his place. Shoiab is a fantastic player of spin bowling. Moreover, in the recent past, I thought their wicket keeper has been in very good touch. He hardly got to play in the entire tournament. It's completely brainless from afridi and co

2) For BD, mahmadullah has been their best player. He has been coming very late in the innings. Every team plays their best player in first down. Everyone has to play around him. You never know, what would have happened if he played first down. 

3) For India-----Why is yuvi and raina not bowling enough on rank turners. Why there are no leg-spinner in the team esp mediacore leg spinners like badree / Zampa / Sodhi / Rashid are doing wonderful in this tournament. Why extra spinner is not playing in the XI

Pakistan handling of Sarfraz is rather surprising, he is probably their best batsman, good at rotating strike and has big shots, more importantly good brain on his shoulders compared to likes of Sehzad, Umar Akmal and Afridi.

And hardly played throughout the tournament.

badree nd rashid are not average they are quality spinners  dhoni just hates leggies also the problem is if your going to play leggi who will you drop?

Totally agree......he has good head over his shoulder......he should have opened the innings instead shehazad

They've been dumb for a long time now. First that buffoon Ijaz Butt. And now the current administration.

The previous generation of Pakistani cricket in the mid 2000s was already going down. And then things were blamed on too much religion in the team. I kind of thought that too.

But now it seems like too much religion is not an issue any longer. But the mind boggling strategies and lack of planning remain. When mixed with mediocre talent, you have yourself the current situation. 

I really want Pak cricket to be good again. The game is more enjoyable when Pak is healthy.
