Left arm spinner Harmeet singh---Was he really talented?

How many of you really think that he was a genuine talent? Or everyone was going gaga about him just because some australian said he was good....

If he was that good, why he could never deliver in limited opportunities he got?

BTW...he shifted the base from Mumbai and would have played (or will be playing) for some-other state...is this true or it was just my mis-understanding
