Why is Lahli not yet a IPL,ODI or Test venue?

Lahli is the most seam friendly wicket not the fastest .

Only 8000 capacity for the ground. Can never recieve an ODI status until at least a grass bank or something is added to have more capacity.

 

The nearest possible ground to next get the ODI status would be most likely the one in NOIDA where the pink ball games were played and it will also be Aghanistan's home ground when they play against Ireland next year.
