randomGuy
Actually number of cases are orders of magnitude higher than the reported 1 lac....they tested all bihari labourers who went to Bihar from Delhi n other states.... they are just labourers not covid19 patients...yet 26% returning from Delhi came positive... These people are postive without any symptoms... covid19 fatality rate is orders of magnitude lower... Delhi has 200 deaths on 2 cr population and 26% labourers are testing PCR positive... imagine the number of antibody positive...even higher https://twitter.com/sanjayjavin/status/1262267513393557505?s=20 https://scroll.in/article/962317/one-in-four-delhi-returnees-tests-positive-for-coronavirus-in-bihar-what-does-this-mean Edited May 21, 2020 by randomGuy

coffee_rules
Out of 200 reported positive in Karnataka, 150 or so had travelled from Mumbai. Mumbai situation has gone out of control by the best CM policies, that nobody is raising it. Capt. Amrinder said this as well about rising Punjab cases. Mumbai is the super- spreader in the country and it needs to be handled well. They have to have proper CT&T (contact tracing and testing) that has been implemented so well in Karnataka and other states, has not happened in Mumbai, Delhi etc. The contrast in numbers also show that.
