I told you the root cause of India not having bilateral series with Pakistan. I believe You understood why Indians dont want a bilateral series with Pakistan.

Now you want to make it a discussion on Kashmir. Before you accuse Indian army, Let me put it very clearly to you.

Most Indian feel the "only party which is suffering is Indian Army". Why

1. Kashmiri terrorists are free to stone pelt, Use guns, Use bomb, Kill Indian army men as soon they get opportunity. They can choose to talk.

2. Kashmiri politicians are free to rule the state and support extremist views. Infact, a lot of them do have extremist views. They can choose to resolve the issue by openly slamming terrorists and taking appropriate measures.
3. While current Indian government may have given free hand to Indian army while dealing Pakistani forces, It has still specifically ordered Indian army to keep "Kashmiriyat" alive. i.e. they have their hands tied by Indian Courts, Indian Government, NOT to take action. The LAWyer lobby from Kashmir keeps putting case after case in Indian Supreme Court as to How Human rights of stone pelters may get abused.

4. Bottom line is, we all know Kashmiriyat is now dead, Now its all Jihadi, Islamic and Shriaya believers who are there fighting Indian army while army has their hands tied are only allowed to kill terrorists, only when terrorist fires a bullet first.
