Ball tampering has been going for ages, everyone did it but we did not have fast bowlers who could exploit as we did not have anyone except Trundlers, like Chucking this is a problem n good that these things are being admitted so ICC when not barking at India can look into it

Let us just not blame Pakistanis only. As pointed out ball tempering was done by everyone. India just did not have fast bowlers to exploit it.

Did Kapil ever do it ? He so assuredly admitted that had he involved in that , he would have got atleast 500 wkts in his career. He too was fast enough to it.

Well, there were Srinath, Chetan Sharma, Venkatesh, Chaminda Vaas, Donald,  etc... Did they tamper with the ball? They were all sharp enough to get reverse swing.
