Ram Posted January 19, 2008 Posted January 19, 2008 Hussey now stands between India and victory. His wicket could spark a collapse and the rest of the Aussie batting could fold up meekly.
Dravid Posted January 19, 2008 Posted January 19, 2008 sale tere ko SS ki padi hai... abey jynxing:two_thumbs_up:
talksport Posted January 19, 2008 Posted January 19, 2008 Concentration was on Ponting and Clarke in first session..... He is getting off the hook easily... Kumble/RP will get him easily after lunch

Rajiv Posted January 19, 2008 Posted January 19, 2008 ravi i agree with ur post but don't agree when u say whole world is supporting India definately the pakiz aren't.. they are jealous Most Pakis want us to loose. ..lets not be saints here, most of us would do the same if pak was playing :saint:
Cricketics Posted January 19, 2008 Posted January 19, 2008 ..lets not be saints here' date=' most of us would do the same if pak was playing :saint:[/quote'] yaa but that isn't the equation here.. and neither it would be as i don't think aus would lose to pak soon.. may be never in next 2-3 yearz
Sachinism Posted January 19, 2008 Posted January 19, 2008 ..lets not be saints here' date=' most of us would do the same if pak was playing :saint:[/quote'] id want both to lose

MundaPakistani Posted January 19, 2008 Posted January 19, 2008 Yes, we are favorites, yes 400 is a lot of runs, yes we've got two wickets, yes we have Kumble, but this is just huge. A test win at Perth!!! Luckily our team is made up of sterner stuff than I am. Two big dangers as I see it : 1. Ponting playing the innings of a life time. 2. India panicking at a Gilchrist/Symonds onslaught with 150 runs to get and 5 wickets in hand. You might be right. Ponting is gone but Gilchrist is certainly very dangerous in such a situation.
Mr. Wicket Posted January 19, 2008 Posted January 19, 2008 Symonds is Australia's MVP player Lethal with the bat, handy with ball. He's been in tremendous form off late, and this is the sort of wicket that could be ideal for him. Ball coming onto the bat with some bounce, attack tiring in the afternoon and the situation ideal for a man who excels with his back to the wall. Some of his finest knocks have come in troublesome moments - the hundred against Pakistan in the World Cup, his maiden test hundred at the MCG in particular - watch him deliver here.
