coffee_rules Posted January 18, 2008 Share Posted January 18, 2008 its been still hammered by the pitch report that the pitch is still very good for batting ... so nothing is impossible.. the first session will be crucial for india to put ozs in more pressure by taking ponting n clarke cheaply. its still anyone's game with india having upper hand. That's what every commentator worth his salt says as he is not out there on the field batting. Except for D1 when India lost 6 wkts, every other day has seen losing 10+ wkts. 15 on D2, 11 on D3. Hopefully 9 on D4. But batsmen are failing to score (not a single 100 in three days when it is supposed to be good for batting!). That is some media hype to unsettle the visitors into thinking there is nothing in the pitch. There is lot of uneven bounce, swing that can take care of settled batsmen. Link to comment
