Agree it doesn't look good for Stokes (or England or the chances of winning this series) but only the prosecution has had their say. To coin a cricketing phrase don't judge a pitch until both sides have batted. The opposition are certainly opening with spin.

 

Having said that he should never have got into that position and allowed the situation to happen. I think the ECB will come down hard whatever happens
