Not true NFL,NBA etc have all tweaked rules

Hell Hockey had to change the entire turf so that European teams could be more competitive with the Subcontinent sides.

That is 20 bouncers per bowler.

Instead of limiting these to 2 per over, let the bowlers use them when ever they want.

 

So if a bowler wanting to get a guy like Raina out, he can use as many as he wants in an over as long as his quota allows.

 

This way batsmen will have to work on their weakness as there will be no respite.

This will also result in more innovations because bowlers can use their quota in one go.eg death overs or power play and the batsmen will  not have the option of just ducking or avoiding the ball .one can let go of 1 or 2 balls...not the entire over or two.

 

 

It will give us some interesting contests.

Have a mini world cup very year .

A crisp version that will get over in 15 -20 days.

Or may be alternate years with a mini T-20  every other year.

They should divide teams into 2 tiers according to their rankings and organize only trilaterals for ODIs and T20s. One team from your group and one from the other.
