An ATG one day batsman especially a brilliant chaser & finisher, a good test batsman, a great wicket keeper, a great captain - All combined he is definitely one.But he is behind Sachin Kapil Dravid Sunil in that order... velu 1

I assume this is across all formats. Because Dhoni was better than Sunny in ODIs for sure (despite his recent tuk-tuk batting).
