Some of these new players are stars of future and will eat into his brand market. The guy who got his chance at 19 does not believe in youth but relies on recycling old experienced lot. He probably wants to keep future competition out as long as he can.... He will make changes only when he starts losing as a captain and it starts effecting his brand value.
