Aaron, Pankaj Singh and Shardul Thakur. Only 3 bowlers who have been tested in last 5 years (55 tests). This list should have been longer and included at least 4-5 bowlers more. 

 

Attitude of current team management has been quite poor towards young bowlers and when you have such large pool of bowlers who can tested, not giving them chance is absolute waste of resources. 

 

None of the bowlers are being drafted directly or given enough opportunities. Bumrah proved himself in ODIs and made his way to the team. Apart from them everyone has been around for long time even in test arena.

 

If management doesn't start searching for better bowlers right now, it will miss a golden period of transition and this short sightedness will stall progress of Indian team by another decade.

Sandeep warrier, Ishan porel both should be tested. I loved the way sandeep pitched the ball up against bengal.

Bumrah showing importance of bowling tight line and length. There isn't much much help for pacers and instead of looking for that magic delivery, Bumrah is just bowling each delivery spot on and not giving any runs. That resulted in wicket for Ashwin.
