I think Ponting is right , he sounded very genuine whenever they lost and gave India a lot of credit, he was not involved in any of the monkey business, I saw all his interviews since the beginning of the tour, he sounded very honest and open about his feelings, Ponting is this mess because he was the captain. Clarke is an ASS he took that catch in sydney and claimed it , all Ponting did was confirm it.If you look at Clarke he tackled Sachin in second final and stopped him from taking run and threw him on the ground and he didnt even offer to lift him up and simply was glaring at sachin.

Well, Ponting is involved in everything because he is the captain of the team and is directly responsible for his players' conduct. He cant get away like this. Be it Symo, Hayden or Clarke, Ponting has to take a share in the blame. He is largely responsible for the culture in the team.....he has built it himself.
