What is this new habit of taking away the bowler out of Atack after taking the wicket

I mean....every captain is doing it...

 

Someone gets a wicket and he will be penalized for that...this seems to be the trend these days..

 

Pretorius got the wicket of Warner and moreover it was maiden over....guess what happened next.....he didn't come back to bowl next over..

 

I have seen that with Kohli, as well...not once but multiple times...

 

Why??

They try to get some cheap overs from 6th or 5th bowler. Its normal in slow wickets in long tournaments.
