Yes it may sound crazy but this guy plays spin well , can leave balls outside off and handle swing and seam - dravid was excellent in that role and I feel he should be tried there. I don’t recollect him ever played an odi and it’s not a bad idea to try someone with a good strong technique at that position

Shubham Gill should have been tried. We had this tradition fro Yuvi to Raina to Kohli. Every good batsman of U19 gets fair trial at senior level. but this Kohli seems to be failing at this.

Pujara is a beast on indian pitches . Next wc is in india I believe . Seems we need to keep an open mind . I advocated for jadeja and I am advocating for pujara

Yuvi, Raina, Kohli had played good 2-3 years of international cricket before playing their first World Cup at age 22-23. Shaw and Gill are still 19 and there wasn't enough time to blood them in because they had barely been tested in first-class and 'A' cricket.
