Steve Smith fined for dissent

In and off itself this is not a big deal, but coming from a serial offender, it bears mentioning.

So, here's the pattern:  Smith effs up, blames brainfade, takes punishment, says sorry, everyone sympathizes, talent wins, he's back, brain fades ... rinse and repeat.

Brainfade was the lamest excuse ever, after getting caught in pre-meditated cheating. Even with the ball tampering he hasn't come clean and the bowlers got away scott free. These guys seem to be sorry for getting caught, not for committing the offense itself.
