इसी बीच इस घटना पर एक बड़ा खुलासा हुआ है। जिसने सभी को हैरान कर के रख दिया है। आरोपी शिवम ने पीड़िता को शादी का झांसा दिया। रायबरेली में दो महीने तक उसे अपने साथ रखा। फिर युवती को गांव में छोड़ गया। पहले तो आरोपी और पीड़िता का परिवार दोनों की शादी को राजी था। बाद में शिवम का परिवार मुकर गया। शिवम और उसके घरवालों ने शादी से इनकार कर दिया।

 

यह बात ग्रामीणों ने पुलिस को बताई। बताया कि पीड़ित युवती लगातार शिवम पर शादी का दबाव बना रही थी। जब शिवम किसी तरह से शादी के लिए तैयार नहीं हुआ, तो पीड़िता ने शिवम और उसके दोस्त शुभम के खिलाफ रायबरेली के लालगंज और उन्नाव के बिहार थाने में सामूहिक दुष्कर्म की रिपोर्ट दर्ज कराई। पुलिस के दबाव में छह महीने बाद शिवम को कोर्ट में सरेंडर करना पड़ा था।

 

Fake Rape Case.  Bail is justified.

Apparently in this country if a girl is in a relationship, she is okay to rape or cannot accuse of rape.

The story in many gang rapes that are justified by people ...if she can sleep with one she should be okay to sleep with his friends ....or if she sleeps once,she should not accuse if forced again .

 

Anyways...what the hell do these women mean by " before people bay for the blood of " and trying to justify their act.

Even if it is a case of false case because of false promise...these monsters hit,stabbed and set her on fire alive.

Shame on people supporting these monsters .

Nobody is justifying their acts of killing and burning over any kind of disputes , but this is not a case like Nirbhaya or Priyanka. , but a case of “do haath se taali banta hain”.  It is odd that she had filed a case of rape including the father-in-law. We don’t even know that they burnt her and we are out with lynch ‘em hashtags.
