multi-format players

increasingly its becoming clear that cricket cannot have  too many multi-format players.. playing one format is bound to impact another.. just look at Ishant's performance against Shami/ Bumrah.. Rahane top scoring and surviving while Kohli is out poking... its time we understand who does well where and why

Unfortunately lure of IPL-circus means , players will do their best to play ODIs and T20 format even if in Test squad.

Not right to make such conclusion on one game.
