BacktoCricaddict Posted February 2, 2021 Posted February 2, 2021 (edited) Lauding Langer for his character is like lauding Rahul Gandhi for his oratory skills. Quote Clarke continued to add that Langer’s coaching approach may not go down well with everyone but that it is simply “his style.” “Langer is tough as well, his character is hard. This is the same guy who flicked the bails off against SL and did not even come forward when match was stopped due the bail falling off. Any Australian player talking about morality and character need to first check their own past actions. BacktoCricaddict and Straight Drive 2

Yoda-esque Posted February 2, 2021 Posted February 2, 2021 I watched the test on prime and was shocked to see how juvenile and poor Langer's man management skills were. Its no wonder this aussie side is foundering. His style is regimental and he tries to force players in travelling together ,doing stuff together and remove individualism from his players. His pep speeches were laughable. It seems to to me that the aussies rely on external factors to motivate them them rather then looking within for inspiration.
