kepler37b Posted April 6, 2021 Posted April 6, 2021 Why are we singling out Chinese for real estate bubble? Real estate in India is as corrupt as it can get. It is corrupt ,overpriced and of very low quality. A new kind of real estate scam is budding in Hyderabad.

In China you don't own buildings, you lease them & the govt can bring them down anytime just to prop up or cool down the real estate bubble! This doesn't happen in India or any other major country, building ghost cities or town is so much more different than building them over & over again at the same place
