Centre is trying to ensure that purpose of their scheme is not tampered with. AAP can provide all those details, get approval from centre and fulfil their manifesto. Miss Pratima and other cadres has done tremendous job in administration and distribution of ration here. And what about ultra rich thing ? Wo kya Ghas khate hai? B.
