I got covishield vaccine during July 1st week, and on July 8th I was covid positive with a CT score of 15. First 5 days were brutal and nearly escaped getting admitted to the hospital. You probably in 7 days did not develope enough immunity. It takes several weeks to develpe full immunity. Moreover even if you had full immunity which you did not you still had a 20% chance of getting it.

It would have been justified as other businesses sacrificed a lot as they were also not allowed to open due to the emergency of Covid, why then landlords should had a source of income without any sacrifice? Biden should threaten if Republicans don't pass this bill, then he will increase the tax upon the rich people few % more, and he will use that money to accommodate the tenants. Increase 25% tax on landlords who are not getting rent to begin with. And making landlords bankrupt will not solve the problem either.

For example, increase of 25% tax on ONLY those landlords could be done, who are rich and making money which is far more than their needs. My main point is whole nation sacrificed for this emergency in one way or another. Many businesses destroyed completely due to the lock down. Why then landlords are not included in this sacrifice, and why are they allowed to have full source of income even during the pandemic?

My relative got his first vaccine shot long ago in January and the second one possibly a month before he became sick with covid in mid June. Vaccines are not fool proof, but we must commend the researchers who are doing their best to make one in the first place.

Till now home owners one who lost out and rent and many had to sell out their property they didn't get rent and some of them who are unable pay their mortgages are selling their property firms who will acquire and increase price when COVID is done which lead more people not being able afford homes. If they have stop evintions home owners should get option delay their Mortgage payment ETC
