I agree that everyone should get vaccinated specially with options available in US and I think its free, but it will solve virus problem only some time , then there will mutation and vaccine efficiency going down after 7-8 months and Virus will be back. So US will have look at some other solution for this problem and the main problem is this not eviction its Corporate buying so land will very costly/ not affordable during the future

Let me tell you something about economy and banks. When they are doing good, it doesn't mean diddly squat for the people. It just means banks and those involved with finance are doing good and the inflation keeps going up. Its basically a legal form of stealing of the people's money

It would have been justified as other businesses sacrificed a lot as they were also not allowed to open due to the emergency of Covid, why then landlords should had a source of income without any sacrifice? Biden should threaten if Republicans don't pass this bill, then he will increase the tax upon the rich people few % more, and he will use that money to accommodate the tenants.

You do know right some Landlords depend on Money from this tenants and have been forced sell to bug corporate who will try drive the rents when we are done with COVID you are just presume or landlords or rich which is not true some of them have put life savings hoping for some returns in their retirement
