These guys seem to have no clue about the kind of impact properly edited videos of home season and IPL could create on youngsters.. imagine the wickets highlight reel of 2019 - Ind vs SA series on Youtube.. our fast bowlers took so many wickets in an intimidating fashion.. bowled and lbws with the ball coming at full speed and crashing onto the wickets.. incredible knocks of Pant /SKY / Kohli etc 

in IPL.. young talent are deprived of watching those..  who would go to bcci.tv to watch all this stuff.. write contracts excluding these SM clauses even if it hits the topline..

They won't do anything that doesn't bring in income for them. Richest board in the world but doesn't seem to have vision to develop a larger talent pool.
