umpire Posted May 5, 2008 Posted May 5, 2008 Awesome inning by Rahul. Some sheer timing. Treat to watch.
yoda Posted May 5, 2008 Posted May 5, 2008 yep. excellent knock with wickets falling non-stop, but might be short.
Cricketics Posted May 5, 2008 Posted May 5, 2008 always fun to watch Rahul bad. such a fantstic elegent stroke maker. the six he hit before he got out was just treat to watch.
Ram Posted May 5, 2008 Posted May 5, 2008 Rahul is certainly ODI class batsman, but he still falls short of T20 class. A SR of 120-130 simply isnt good enough at T20 level. That said, I wouldnt want him in the ODI team too, coz there are better batsman at our disposal, but he can still crank it up, whenever he wants.
theguyinallblue Posted May 5, 2008 Posted May 5, 2008 He floored many women and girls today..with resilience...i am sure... He is known world over for his bloody mindedness...and girls prefer guys who show some guts to take challenges Head On...
cricketman Posted May 5, 2008 Posted May 5, 2008 Fantastic. Just sheer class. Come to Chennai, Rahul. :D
flamy Posted May 5, 2008 Posted May 5, 2008 He floored many women and girls today..with resilience...i am sure... He is known world over for his bloody mindedness...and girls prefer guys who show some guts to take challenges Head On... u mean beetle has competition? :giggle:
Predator_05 Posted May 5, 2008 Posted May 5, 2008 He floored many women and girls today..with resilience...i am sure... Judging by your post, it seems like he "floored" some guys too.
Guest Hiten. Posted May 5, 2008 Posted May 5, 2008 u mean beetle has competition? :giggle: will she be happy or jealous to see that RD has girl fan(s) other than her :cantstop:
Cricketics Posted May 5, 2008 Posted May 5, 2008 NOT THE BEST KNOCK OF THE TOURNEY BUT CERTAINLY A GOOD ONE the best knock under pressure was by Rohit Sharma for deccan chargers..
Guest HariSampath Posted May 5, 2008 Posted May 5, 2008 He floored many women and girls today..with resilience...i am sure... He is known world over for his bloody mindedness...and girls prefer guys who show some guts to take challenges Head On... Its his team that has been floored in the end and are losing everyhing in sight...and women/girls floored today ? :hysterical: they hate losers...and Dravid bloody minded ? At the end of IPL he will more likely be bloody nosed :haha:
Dirty_South Posted May 5, 2008 Posted May 5, 2008 Its his team that has been floored in the end and are losing everyhing in sight...and women/girls floored today ? :hysterical: they hate losers...and Dravid bloody minded ? At the end of IPL he will more likely be bloody nosed :haha: Stupid post.
Guest HariSampath Posted May 5, 2008 Posted May 5, 2008 Fantastic. Just sheer class. Come to Chennai, Rahul. :D whaaaaaat ??? will you shutup ? Chennai is in some small trouble already and you wanna start riots in the city ?? And why the heck dont you send him to Delhi where he can join your "god" KKD who we managed to sell to DD with a lot of difficulty :omg:
Dirty_South Posted May 5, 2008 Posted May 5, 2008 stupid thread No way. RD is not an aggressive player , but today he showed he's still Class....
Guest HariSampath Posted May 5, 2008 Posted May 5, 2008 ^ but only 50 overs standards still , and no impact on game. Anyways one 50 at 120 SR in 7 t20 games is hardly anything to shout about for his team, who are very quickly sliding to the bottom
King Posted May 6, 2008 Posted May 6, 2008 I quite like to watch RD but whenever he scores people seem to enjoy the knock like they don't enjoy the rest. There weren't so many glowing tributes when Gilly came up with that terrific 100 either :-D BTW I quite like it though, Rahul deserves all the praise.
