It's not that obvious. SKY is not only our best batsman but also world's best middle overs batsman. Too hard to ignore. And Pant being a left-hander automatically gets in.

True. We don't know what Hooda can do in Aus. But, based on current form, we do know what Kohli can't do ... wherever.

I want the best player of high pace hard length in Aus .....so kohli is 100% for me even if he scores 10 ducks 

Pant is also a 100% for me, even if his avg n s/r drops even further.................clutch player hai , leftie hai, great against leggies, better keeper then dk n kishen ., no hard length issues 

 

Sky can bat anywhere , also i have started noticing some discomfort in sky also against against hard lengths. Let see how soon teams start to test him

I was replying to the other poster. Obviously, Hooda shouldn't be our 3 in WT20.

Ok. We differ here. SKY is not Iyer level bad against pace, he is among the better players of high pace hard length and will be surrounded by freaks Sharma-Rahul and Pant, so don't think that will cause any problems.

 

I will not drop or play a player for weakness against one bowling type when he brings so many other skills. And we have enough counters already.

no sky isnt bad like iyer  its hard length which basically 80% lower middle order batsman issue  wud be but im saying im just noticing sample isnt enough 

yea we have rahul-pant-kohli-rohit even dk who plays it well
