Mohammad Shami stopped himself from doing Push ups?

There is no need to do push ups or other calisthenic exercises, however he should be doing some form of weight bearing exercises.

 

Doing so will improve his overall musculature and bone density.

 

Before anyone is foolish in here to criticize this and display their ignorance and lack of education in regards to general health, I am not saying he should use heavy weights or be big, muscular and strong. Im talking about general health here.

 

This advice would apply to anyone from the age of 14 or 15 to the very old. Regardless of sex.

 

Working out and in particular some form of weight bearing exercises, improves your overall general health and reduces the impact of aging, Its been medically proven.
